Lean Body Bootcamp
- Primary Goal: Fat Burning
- Secondary Goal: Maintain Lean Muscle
Schedule:
- Mon to Friday: 930am, 1230pm, 7pm
- Mon, Wed, Thur: 8pm
- Sat: 830am
Mass Building Bootcamp
- Primary Goal: Build Muscle Mass as fast as possible without illegal, anabolic steroids
Schedule:
- Mon, Wed, Thur: 6 pm
- Tue, Fri: 8 pm
- Sat: 10 am
