Terms & Conditions: Transformation Challenge Winners
- Public Voting Closing Date: 25 November 2017, 2359hrs.
- Tabulation of votes will be based on the vote count of individual participant posts on the Genesis Gym Facebook Page (http://www.facebook.com/genesisgymsingapore).
- Announcement of Transformation Challenge Winners: 29 November 2017.
- Prizes must be claimed and utilized by 31 May 2018.
- Only 1 day will be set aside for the professional group photo shoot – the date chosen will be based on the availability of the majority.
- There will be no replacement photo shoot for participants who are unable to take part on the photo shoot date.
- Prizes are non-transferrable, not exchangeable for cash and non-refundable.
- Winners may choose to upgrade their prizes by topping up the remaining balance. (For example, 2nd prize winner of 2x a week 12-week programme may top up $495.00 cash (after 25% discount).)
- Winners may choose to downgrade their prizes but the balance amount will be non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. (For example, 2nd prize winner of 2 a week 12-week programme may opt for 1x a week 12-week programme but the balance prize value will be forfeited.)
- The standard extension concessions apply to the 12-week programme prizes (ie. maximum 4-week extensions beyond the 12-week programme).
- Winners of the Imagene Labs OriFIT kits who have already previously taken the gene test may choose to receive a Genesis Gym voucher equivalent to $329.00.
- Voucher must also be claimed and utilized by 31 May 2018.
- Voucher is valid for use with Genesis Posture Therapy, Genesis personal training packages. Not valid for other products or services.
- Voucher is non-transferrable, not exchangeable for cash and non-refundable.
- Genesis Performance Center Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any Transformation Challenge participants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid participant and/or voter disappointment.

- Voter must be located in Singapore.
- Prizes must be claimed and utilized by 31 May 2018.
- Prizes are non-transferrable, not exchangeable for cash and non-refundable.
