Massive Free Weights Area (below) - Unlike other gyms or personal training centers, you never have to wait for your bench, bar, weights, or equipment. This means your workout will be productive, time saving and most of all… effective! We have more than 20 barbells, of various thickness and type, multiple benches from decline to incline, more than 10 lifting areas and enough equipment to satisfy all clients from beginners to international level athletes. We also have multiple sets of dumbbells up to 52kg.

Olympic Lifting Platforms & Rubberized plates (below) - Where you can perform specialty exercises to develop strength, speed and power. All our weightlifting plates are calibrated to be within 10grams of their stated weight, so you can track your progress accurately. Cheaper brands can be off by up to 10%. (I.e. you think you are lifting 20kg but are actually lifting 22kg), this is both dangerous, and inconsistent.
